Give every transaction a place
Receipts in an inbox, a bank feed waiting to be checked, and a supplier payment that needs an explanation: bookkeeping is a collection of small decisions. The sample service brings them into a repeatable monthly routine so the owner knows what has been reviewed and what still needs an answer.
Start with a clean handover
A real engagement would begin with the records you already have, the systems you use and the last period that was reconciled. Access should be arranged through a secure process after the scope is agreed. Please do not send bank credentials, tax identifiers or financial documents through this public demonstration website.
Make the month easier to close
A practical monthly checklist covers transaction categorisation, reconciliation questions and a list of missing records. Reports should identify the period they cover and distinguish completed work from items awaiting the owner. That makes a conversation about cash or outstanding invoices more useful than an unexplained spreadsheet attachment.
Choose a starting point
The package selector uses monthly transaction volume to suggest an illustrative level of support. It does not assess the complexity of your business, payroll or reporting requirements. Use it to begin a conversation, then describe the work that falls outside a normal month. A seasonal retailer and a consultant can have similar transaction counts but very different needs. A real accountant would review the scope, agree responsibilities and explain the fee before beginning. The consultation page asks only for a short description and ordinary contact details.
